2. Scope of Services

We provide professional financial consultancy services including, but not limited to, financial planning, investment guidance, tax planning, business advisory and loan guidance. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees will be set out in a separate engagement letter, proposal or invoice for each client engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation necessary for us to perform services. We rely on information supplied by clients; inaccurate or incomplete information may limit our ability to provide services and we are not liable for consequences arising from such information.

4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

• Fees for services will be agreed in writing (email, proposal or engagement letter) before work commences.
• Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be set out in the engagement letter. Where no separate terms exist, refunds (if any) will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except (a) with client consent, (b) to service providers necessary to perform the engagement (under confidentiality obligations), or (c) as required by law or court order.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials, templates, reports and deliverables created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. On full payment, clients will be granted a license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitin Consultancy and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or loss of profits, data or business opportunity arising from the use of our services or reliance on our advice. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide advice and guidance based on available information and professional judgement. We do not guarantee specific investment returns, tax outcomes or business results.
